From Slow Steps to Bold Moves: How ABMI is Leveling Up for Year 4

As we close out 2024, I can’t help but pause and reflect on just how far ABMI has come. Three years ago, this company was nothing more than a vision, a small spark fueled by determination and a dream to help brands tell stories that truly resonate. Growth has been steady—slow at times—but every small step built a foundation for what’s shaping up to be a monumental year ahead.

This year wasn’t just about progress; it was about transformation. ABMI leveled up in ways that felt game-changing, and one of the biggest highlights of 2024 was officially bringing Taarini Das and Mathilde Gordon onto the team. Let me tell you, these two women are powerhouse professionals who have completely elevated what we do.

  • Taarini, our Content Connoisseur, is unmatched when it comes to visuals and storytelling. Her designs? Flawless. Her content? Always on point. She has this incredible ability to bring ideas to life in a way that captivates and inspires.
  • Mathilde, our Research and Analytics Guru, is the master of strategy. From dissecting data to uncovering trends, she knows how to turn information into actionable insights that drive results.

We all come from different backgrounds, but that’s what makes this team so special. Together, we bring a mix of creativity, strategy, and passion that has reshaped ABMI from the inside out. Having Taarini, Mathilde, and our extended support team has truly been a blessing, and their contributions have impacted our clients—and me—in the most incredible way.

Now, let’s talk about 2025 because, we’re just getting started. Next year, you can expect:

  • The launch of our Founders First Program, supporting immigrant and women founders.
  • 5% of every client contract going toward charitable donations because giving back is non-negotiable.
  • An elevated service lineup, including brand trainings and workshops, business formation and trademark/copyright support in partnership with Ana Erickson, JD, event branding and marketing collateral creation, and comprehensive brand management.

If there’s one thing this year has taught me, it’s that slow progress is still progress. Every step we’ve taken has mattered, and now we’re entering Year 4 with a renewed focus, a sharper vision, and a team that’s ready to dominate.
